Last week, we were delighted to support HVMRT following a break-in to their premises which resulted in a loss of equipment worth £1,000.
We installed a brand new alarm system free of charge to ensure that their headquarters in Marsden were secure against any further burglary attempts.
Production Director, Matthew Wilson commented:
“A few of us at Carlton Alarms are mountain bikers and walkers and when we heard they had suffered a break-in we felt compelled to help them out. Our sacrifice was minute compared to what the team members give up to help so many people, who may not always walkers or bikers, so if we can help them in this small way then it’s the least we could do.”
Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team Chair, David Honour, said:
“We are incredibly appreciative of the recent installation of our new alarm system by Carlton Alarms. A number of Carlton staff worked flat out for three evenings in a row to voluntarily install a comprehensive monitored alarm system covering our HQ. The alarm system itself was also provided free of charge by Carlton Alarms.”
Well done team!
